Overview
Roselle's Department of Public Works consists of 27 employees who strive to enhance the quality of life for those who reside in, work in, and visit the Village of Roselle. Our Department provides services and programs within, but not limited to, the following areas:
  • Resident inquiries and customer service requests;
  • Water distribution system;
  • Sanitary sewer and storm water collection/conveyance systems;
  • Public streets and sidewalks;
  • Street lighting, street signs and traffic controls;
  • Parkway tree population (planting, trimming, treatment, and removals);
  • Snow and ice control operations;
  • Management (maintenance and repair) of the municipal fleet;
  • Street maintenance and improvement programs;
  • Municipal buildings, grounds and commuter parking lots; and
  • Emergency response services

Request Service from Public Works
Residents who want to report a concern or make a request may use the online Report a Public Works Concern form. From reporting potholes for repair and street light outages, to requesting a parkway tree inspection, the form has over 20 categories of services to choose from. The form allows for the uploading of photos from computers and smart phones to accompany the request.
