Presentation and approval of Village Board Minutes of June 14, 2021.

8.B.

Approve and release the Executive Session Minutes of January 11, February 22, March 8, March 22 and May 24, 2021.

8.C.

Approve the destruction of the Verbatim Executive Session recordings from September 2018 through May 2021 that can be legally destroyed per state statute.

8.D.

Approve the first partial payment for the 2021 Sidewalk Replacement and Utility Dig Up Program to Schroeder and Schroeder Inc. in the amount of $45,750.36.

Approve the first partial payment for the 2021 Street Improvements Program to Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc. in the amount of $453,715.88.

Adopt a resolution amending the consent agenda policy for Village Board meetings.

Pass an ordinance amending Section 2-212 "Powers and Duties-Generally" of Article VIII-Village Administrator of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Roselle.

Pass an ordinance amending Section 3-32 "Classification of Licenses" and Section 3-34 "Terms and Fees" of Chapter Three "Roselle Liquor Control Ordinance" of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Roselle.

Pass an ordinance amending the "Code of Ordinances, Village of Roselle, Illinois" limitation on the number of licenses covering the sale of alcoholic liquors in the Village of Roselle to increase the number of Class "U" Licenses from 0 to 1 and decrease Class "E" Licenses from 2 to 1 for Pollyanna Brewing Co.

Pass an ordinance amending the "Code of Ordinances, Village of Roselle, Illinois" limitation on number of licenses covering the sale of alcoholic liquors in the Village of Roselle to increase the number of Class "U" Licenses from 1 to 2 for Relative Brewery and Tap Room, 10 Spring St., Roselle.
