The Finance Department is responsible for all water and sewer billing.
Payments are accepted at our offices:
- In person, during normal business hours
- By mail
- At the 24-hours payment drop box in front of Village Hall
- Online Bill Pay
The Village also offers an
Auto Debit Program to conveniently pay utility bills directly from your bank account. You can download the
Auto Pay Form and return it, in person or by mail, to our offices.
Residents who will be away from Roselle for extended periods of time should download and complete the
Extended Leave Form to expedite changes to utility accounts.
