Utility Billing

Overview

The Finance Department is responsible for all water and sewer billing.

Payments are accepted at our offices:
  • In person, during normal business hours (cash, check & credit cards accepted, service fees apply to credit card transactions)
  • By mail
  • At the 24-hours payment drop box in front of Village Hall
  • Online Payments
  • Automated Bill Payment Program
Residents using the online payment services offered by their banks to pay their utility bills must enter their account numbers is a specific format. Please use the customer number (two to six digits), followed by a dash, followed by the seven digit account number (i.e. 123456-1234567). This format is necessary for the proper posting of payments.

Receive Utility Statements By Email

Additionally, utility customers can choose to have their utility statements sent to them via email in place of a paper copy. Fill out the Utility Bill Email Request Form to request statements via email.

Billing

Water and Sewer bills are due on the sixth day of every month. Delinquent account balances are subject to a 1.5% penalty and $5 per month administrative fee.
