Commuter Parking Lots
There are three parking lots at the Roselle Metra Station, the South Lot accessible from Irving Park Road, the North Lot accessible from Lawrence Avenue, and the Maple Avenue lot, accessible off Maple Avenue near Irving Park Road.
The Roselle Metra Station is a stop on the Milwaukee District/West Line, with service to and from Union Station in downtown Chicago.
Open Parking System - Coming in November 2021
A pay-by-license-plate system will be deployed at the Roselle Metra Station on November 1, 2021, to accommodate an open parking system. Permit and daily fee commuters will be able park in any spot in any lot, without the need to display a permit placard. To accommodate the switchover.
License plate information will already be on file for commuters with quarterly permits. North/South Lot permit holders can park in any open space in those lots. Maple Lot permit holders can park in any open space in the east and center aisles in that lot.
Daily Fee Parking
Commuters will use their license plate information to pay for parking on the Parkmobile website, using the Parkmobile app, by calling (877) 727-5004, or at the kiosk at the depot. Use zone number 931.
Daily Fee Parking
Daily fee parking is available in the numbered spots at the North and South Lost adjacent to the Depot and in the Maple Avenue Lot, just south of Irving Park Road, across the street from McDonald's.
These lots are served by a payment kiosk located on the south side of the railroad tracks, west of the depot. In addition to accepting cash ($1.50 per day) and credit card payments ($1.80 per day), the automated boxes are part of a system that accept daily fee payments online and by phone. Quarterly parking permits are are available for all three parking lots. Parking permit holders may park in any available spaces at the North/South and Maple Lots with permit placards displayed.
- Purchase Online: Parking Permit online payment portal via E-Pay* (choose one-time payment option).
- Purchase in person: Download the Parking Permit Application and seal it in an envelope along with payment (cash or check) to deposit in the Village payment mailbox in the circle drive outside Village Hall. Your permit will be mailed to you after payment is processed.
- Purchase by mail: Download the Parking Permit Application and return it by mail with the appropriate fee, to:

Pace 608 Bus Route
The Pace 608 Bus Route, with service from the Roselle Metra Station to the Pace Northwest Transportation Center in Schaumburg, is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Free Parking Hours
Per Village Ordinance, free parking is available during select hours in the commuter parking lots. Free parking hours in the North and South Lots are between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the following day; and at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or on a legal holiday. Free parking hours in the Maple Avenue Lot are between 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on the following day; and at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or on a legal holiday.
