Concrete Repair Program
The Concrete Repair Program (Sidewalk Replacement and Utility Dig Up Program) is a customer-based program designed to repair concrete throughout the Village. Repairs are usually warranted when the concrete is not draining correctly, deteriorating, or heaving from tree roots. The program does not include driveways or driveway aprons as they are the homeowners responsibly to maintain. The program also includes the repair of areas damaged by a utility dig ups such as a water main break.
Construction schedules change frequently due to weather, supply issues, etc. Check this page for the most up-to-date information on Concrete Repair Program projects.
